True Blue

This is a new line of paper by My Mind's Eye called Fine & Dandy 'True Blue'.  It is so fun, and quirky!  Love the oranges and aquas together with the brown.  
   Here's the card I promptly made as soon as I got it:

 I knew that I had to try to mimic the little owls seen on the paper above.  I think my version turned out pretty-o.k.  :)  I love trying to paper-piece stuff and create my own embellishments.

And lastly, I just wanted you to see the thickness of this 'little chunk-ster.'  There were a lot of foam squares used in the making of this lil' guy.  :)

Next, I'm breaking into my Jillibean Soup product. . .Yaaaaa!!  It's gonna be a fun night!!
